The name "Benni, Benni, Benni" comes from Benni Sawet's mother's reaction to his burgers whenever she tasted one. Now, when he grills, he remembers her expression and wanted to incorporate that into his branding as he finally moves toward officially offering his smash burgers to the public. The name and overall brand are now a reflection of his late mother's expression.
